Redroaster St James Street is a proudly independent Brighton cafe in it’s 24th year and the UK’s original roastery cafe. We would love for you to come and enjoy some amazing coffee and organic brunch in our botanical backdrop. And in case you didn’t know, this is the cafe with the famous Brighton bottomless brunches.

Redroaster at Brighton Dome is our new home right in the heart of the City. We stretch right around the Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre with terraces showcasing the Royal Pavilion Gardens and New Road itself.

Our beach cafe outpost ‘Lucky Beach’ is situated on the beach itself right between the two piers. We open year round (unless the weather is really bad), no reservations here so just rock up! At Lucky Khao Thai BBQ we use seasonal local Sussex farm produce, local organic meat and quality Asian ingredients to prepare northeastern and regional Thai food.
