These are our lighter roasts.  When we roast light we are bringing out some of the fruitier notes which works beautifully with coffees indicative of a number of regions.  Our BOTANICAL PUNK is our Head Roaster’s personal pick and we have a new, very distinctive natural Ethiopian with delicious blueberry, orange and earl grey notes.
