These are our delicious decaffeinated coffees. When our coffee goes through the Swiss Water Decaffeination process the structure of the green bean breaks down when extracting the caffeine making it more fragile. This means we have to be more gentle when we roast. Throughout the years we’ve learnt to perfect our decaf coffees making it near impossible to tell the difference between caffeinated and decaffeinated! For you who want a little bit of a buzz we’re offering our Sanctuary light, a blend of our Brazil decaf and our bestseller Sanctuary.
