These are our lighter roasts. When we roast light we are bringing out some of the fruitier notes which works beautifully with coffees indicative of a number of regions. The ADOLA STATION is a classic Ethiopian, berry fruits and creamy. Our BOTANICAL PUNK is Head Roaster Rob’s personal pick, and we change this with the harvest or when we taste a really exceptional lot. Brand new for us is a rare CAPUCAS from Honduras.. arguably a slightly more medium roast but marked by peach and macadamia notes. And lastly one of our bestsellers, the incredible organic CAFE YUNGAS from Bolivia which brings a background of red apple and honey (we think).
