These are our lighter roasts.  When we roast light we are bringing out some of the fruitier notes which works beautifully with coffees indicative of a number of regions.  Our BOTANICAL PUNK is our Head Roaster’s personal pick and we have a new, very distinctive Ethiopian with delicious strawberry, citrus and chocolately notes. Kinini from Rwanda which is the result of our special collaboration with the farmers and a coffee we ship direct back to the roastery here in Brighton.
