NATURE, SUSTAINABILITY & GOOD HEALTH
Recommended by The New York Times as a ‘go-to destination’ in their book, ‘36 Hours: 125 Weekends in Europe’, we have been hand-roasting and retailing our own coffee beans here for over 20 years.
To this day we are a proudly independent Brighton cafe and share our proceeds with a number of social projects. Find out more about our sustainability here. We would love for you to come and enjoy some amazing coffee and organic brunch in our botanical backdrop, or for one of our famous bottomless brunches. By night everything changes and the chefs of Lucky Khao takeover serving amazing authentic Thai BBQ alongside craft beers, cocktails, wines from St John, London and some awesome curated playlists.
When we first set up as one of the first UK roastery cafes over 20 years ago, the cafe looked very different. The current design was by our friend Hana Hakim from Melbourne, Australia who also happened to be the World designer of the year. The botanical design came from our focus on nature, sustainability and good health which always underpin our efforts. We’d love you to feel better when you leave our cafe than when you first arrived.
