The Planadas Community Region

This exceptional coffee originates from 48 Planadas-producing hamlets covering an area of some 14200 coffee-producing hectares. Producing around 9 million tons of cherries annually: 6821 family-run farms from 0.3 to 6 hectares in size. In the past, this area was classed as a red zone but now the new peace accord is in progress breathing new life into a long-forgotten area, ensuring a very promising future for many families who are passionate about farming their lands.

We are roasting this a little lighter to bring out the chocolate and apple notes, this is a really delicious cup and we highly recommend it.
