Only 21 sacks of this coffee were produced this year, we took them all so this coffee is exclusive to Redroaster. Darwin Campos Herrera, German Cruz Garcia and Emilio Arrivasplata are the owners of neighbouring farms in the La Coipa area of Peru. Because their lots of coffee were so small they blended them together which has contributed to the great complexity found in this cup. All three producers were part of the Falcon farmer training program and have seen huge improvements in the quality of their coffee. These producers pre-ferment their coffee for 24 hours prior to de-pulping, in order to add some complexity to the cup.
