As the standards of cultivation and processing green coffee has improved, so has the quality and taste of decaffeinated coffee. We are finding that Decafs are getting harder and harder to identify when blind tasting coffees which is great for all those caffeine sensitive souls that still enjoy the pleasures of great tasting coffee.
